    In this argument by Gordon he wants to not take algebra because his field of study is law. For law school he will never use algebra so there is no need to take it. If I were to read this document that he made with his reasons I would probably grant it.
   Some of the reasons of why I would allow it is because he makes good support for what he is arguing. He is not really implying anger in what he is saying. He is being respectful to the people he is giving this too. It also states the real argument and not the pros and cons of the taking the class. He clearly states the reasons that he doesn't need too take that class. He great reasons to back up his argument saying that he had the highest grade in his class and that he worked as a manufacture and had to create creative designs. I would grant his argument because he has great personal support.
